At Zone Optics, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind everything we sell and want you to be happy with what you ordered. Our return policy is simple: if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days in its original, brand new and unused condition for a refund of the product price. To avoid a restocking fee and be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned in

brand new and unused condition

in the original product packaging with no missing contents

All factory labels and seals on the product packaging must be fully intact (product labels cannot be cut or torn)

Returns should be packed securely in a sturdy cardboard box to avoid damage to the item or its original packaging (items shipped in envelopes or padded mailers will not be accepted for return)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to an error on our part

Items failing to meet these conditions will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee
